DMD IT is founded by Stefan de Roos. Stefan is owner of DMD IT and operates currently as a freelancer. His project approach consists of 3 core elements:

- Responsibility
- Collaboration
Reliability is on top of the list and will be seen in especially the small things within a project. Besides that taking responsibility helps in ending a project successfully. Finally the collaboration is important in both the customer context but also with other freelancers to be able to take a project and optimally use the available knowledge and know how.
